The governors are therefore delighted to advertise the opportunity for the right candidate to join our dedicated team. Enhanced support post working with a child in KS1 who has an EHCP plan for physical needs 5 days per week, to provide additional support to enable the child to access the curriculum more easily.

Job Responsibility:

Provide additional support to enable the child with an EHCP plan for physical needs to access the curriculum more easily

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children in an educational setting
  • Experience of implementing interventions and strategies to overcome barriers to learning
  • Be a team player with a good sense of humour
  • Sensitive but enthusiastic approach
  • Willingness to undertake first aid and Team Teach training
  • Good basic skills with grade C or above for GCSE English and maths (or equivalent)
