Job Description:

Justteachers Teaching Agency are currently working in partnership with a number of friendly and supportive primary schools across North Manchester who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for a range of supply opportunities throughout the academic year.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
  • Working with small groups or individual pupils who may need additional support
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
  • Encouraging pupil engagement and positive behaviour

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or within an educational setting
  • Two education-based references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
