Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and dedicated individual to join our academic team as a Teaching Assistant.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in organizing tutorial sessions in Business English, Communication Skills, and Professional Writing, and provide individual student support when required
  • Support faculty with continuous assessments, assignment evaluations, and overall student guidance
  • Participate in academic events and departmental initiatives, and conduct interactive workshops to enhance students' communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving students' employability and workplace readiness

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree with Honors in English (First Class or Second Class - Upper Division) from a recognized university
  • Experience in conducting tutorial sessions in Business Communication and Effective Communication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
