Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Working with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to boost their confidence and learning
  • Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Adapting quickly to different school settings and age groups (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively

Requirements

  • Experience working with children (school settings, youth clubs, sports coaching, or care)
  • A patient, resilient, and warm personality
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive 'can-do' attitude
  • Reliability and flexibility to accept morning or advanced bookings
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
