Teaching Assistant | Autism (ASC) Specialist | Local Specialist Schools Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only) Start Date: Immediate / Next Term Unlocking Potential: Support Beyond the Standard Classroom We are seeking dedicated ASC Specialists to work within local Special Schools and Resource Provisions. Sensory-First Approach: Help manage the environment to reduce sensory overload. Specialised Communication: Gain or use experience with PECS, Makaton, and Visual Timetables. Career Growth: Build a CV for roles in Clinical Psychology, SEN Teaching, or Occupational Therapy. Weekly Pay: £90 - £95 per day. Your Role as an ASC Champion As an Autism Support Assistant, you are the student's guide to the social and academic world, providing the scaffolding they need to thrive.
