As a Teaching Assistant or 1:1 Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children both academically and emotionally. Job Responsibility:
Supporting learning in the classroom through group and individual work
Providing 1:1 support to pupils who require additional help

Assisting teachers with lesson activities and classroom organisation
Creating a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
Requirements:
