Job Description:

Make a Difference: SEMH Teaching Assistant - Supporting Children Who Need It Most. Are you passionate about working with children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? Do you have the resilience and dedication to help them overcome challenges and thrive? Randstad Education is seeking compassionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our network of partner schools.

Job Responsibility:

Providing vital support to children and young people who need extra help to manage their emotions, behaviors, and social skills
Working closely with teachers to implement positive behavior strategies, create a safe and supportive learning environment, and help students build resilience
Demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a positive attitude to build strong, trusting relationships with your students
