Job Description:

We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a SEMH specialist school in Worthing. This role involves supporting post-16 pupils, including those with autism and ADHD, working closely with the teacher in Maths, English, and Child Development. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to help students engage with learning and develop their skills in a structured, nurturing environment. This role does not involve significant behaviour management.

Job Responsibility:
