Job Description:

Seeking Compassionate Teaching Assistants: Help Children Thrive at Our Specialist SEN School. We are a small, independent SEN school in Smallfield, designed specifically for children aged 7-16 with communication difficulties, typically associated with Autism Spectrum Conditions. We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team in long-term and supply roles.

Job Responsibility:

Re-engaging with Education: We work tirelessly to re-ignite a love of learning and ensure that every child can access and enjoy all aspects of school life
Tailored Support: We recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We constantly adjust and review the balance between academic study and therapeutic support to best meet each child's evolving needs
Focus on Independence: Our ultimate goal is to empower every child to live fulfilling and independent lives. While we prioritize preparing them for "real life", we also understand that additional therapeutic support is sometimes needed to get them back on track and ready to learn
