Teacher

• Provide high‑quality teaching to small groups and individual learners
• Ensure all learning experiences are personalised, engaging, and responsive to each student’s needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Build strong, supportive relationships that promote learners’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Adapt the curriculum in line with individual learning plans (IEPs and EHCPs)
• Monitor and record progress
• Deliver meaningful feedback to guide future learning
• Contribute to the wider educational environment by supporting school activities
• Maintain expertise within subject areas
• Work proactively with the team to enhance teaching and learning across the provision

• Degree in a specialist subject (e.g. English)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with young people with SEND
