Job Description:

Nanny Share Nursery offers very small group care in an affordable, licensed care setting. We are play-based and used Montessori toys in our classrooms. We offer a safe and engaging environment for children to thrive. We have an expansive play yard with areas designated for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our infant ratio is 1:2, and our toddler ratio is 1:3.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide infant and toddler care
  • Engage young learners using music, languages, and movement
  • Maintain a safe and engaging environment
  • Participate in play-based learning
  • Use Montessori toys
  • Provide individualized attention
  • Update parents via app
  • Conduct developmental screenings

Requirements:

  • Early Care and Education training
  • Experience in child care
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience with infant and toddler care
  • Background check
  • Experience as a mother or parenting coach is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Degree in Social Studies or related field
  • Experience teaching Spanish immersion preschool
  • Experience using music, languages, and movement to engage learners
  • Experience as a birth worker
