Based in the heart of Cambridge, We as an education based recruitment agency support new and existing class teachers to find their ideal and suitable roles within their own local area (if preferred). We work closely with a high volume of highly desirable client schools and have a vast range of opportunities to offer. Day to Day supply: As the name suggests, you will be able to support planned and unplanned absences that schools may have. This will allow you to get your foot in the door and test out the primary schools within your area. As an adhoc/supply teacher, you will be given total flexibility of your working diary. This is made possible by using our very own booking system - Sirenum. Sirenum is a user-friendly application that can be downloaded onto any smartphone or tablet and will allow you to consistently update your availability. This has proven highly effective and beneficial for those with prior commitments or childcare arrangements set into place. Long Term placements: After working day to day supply or by jumping into a long term position, you may find that you have found an ideal school and role to work for. We can then progress things into a long term placement which will see you working for several weeks if not academic terms/years. These types of placements offer flexibility but with a continuity feel as you will be working the same school or schools each week. Permanent Employment: We also specialise in permanent recruitment and support the same schools with these needs. Long term placements, or even day to day supply days even have the opportunity to develop into a more direct role with the school itself, so it is definitely worth considering. If you are only looking for permanent roles, then do still be in touch as we may have your ideal role waiting for you!
