This opportunity is open to both ECT (Early Career Teachers) and NQTs, as well as experienced teachers looking for their next role. Role Overview As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, creating a positive learning environment, and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the best educational outcomes for pupils.
Job Responsibility
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Differentiate learning activities to meet individual student needs
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive conduct
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
Attend staff meetings, parent consultations, and school events as required
Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A passion for teaching and supporting student development
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to suit diverse learning needs
Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
