Job Description:

Inspired Education is the leading global group of premium schools, with a portfolio of 121 premium private schools spanning 6 continents. This is a recruitment event for vacancies for the 2026/27 academic year, beginning in August 2026. The event will be held in central London on Saturday, 24 January 2026.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and preparing lessons and schemes of work
  • Teaching pupils and sets as assigned
  • Setting and marking work
  • Recording and assessing progress
  • Producing subject reports and references
  • Setting and marking internal examinations
  • Promoting the progress of all pupils
  • Preparing all pupils appropriately for their age and stage of development
  • Providing extra support after lessons if deemed appropriate
  • Participating in open days, selection days, parent evenings
  • Communicating with parents
  • Participating in staff meetings
  • Carrying out duties as deemed appropriate by the school's leadership team
  • Maintaining a tidy and attractive learning environment
  • Playing a full role in the life of the school

Requirements:

  • PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • A track record of excellence
  • A depth of understanding in their relevant subject area
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in pastoral care and pupil wellbeing
  • Experience in establishing positive relationships with families
  • A commitment to professional development
  • Optimism, enthusiasm, energy and a positive and flexible approach

Nice to have:

  • Experience or interest in working with the British or IB curricula
  • ECTs are very welcome
  • Teaching couples as well as individual applicants
