Job Description

Strategic Founding Role | New Specialist Provision. Location: Brampton Area. Package: £32,916 - £49,232 (M1-UPS2) + Benefits. Timeline: Apply by May 7th (12pm) | Interviews May 13th. Challenge the Status Quo. Are you a high-performing teacher feeling restricted by the rigid structures of mainstream education? We are looking for pedagogical experts to join a brand-new specialist academy opening in late 2026. This isn't just a teaching job; it's a career-defining opportunity to join a founding team of 72-capacity SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) specialists. If you are fascinated by the "why" behind student behaviour and want the autonomy to design a curriculum that actually works for neurodivergent learners, this is your next step. The Mission: Advanced Pedagogy. We are moving away from "one-size-fits-all" schooling.
