Work collaboratively with support staff, families, and external agencies to remove barriers, track progress, and promote learner wellbeing, attendance, and successful transitions.

Requirements:
Experience of teaching or supporting learners with low prior attainment, SEND, SEMH, or significant disengagement, with the ability to rebuild confidence and motivation
Strong behaviour‑for‑learning and relational practice skills, including de‑escalation, trauma‑informed approaches, and consistent, calm communication
Ability to differentiate learning effectively and adapt teaching methods to meet a wide range of cognitive, social, and communication needs
Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and evidence of ongoing professional development in inclusive or alternative education settings
