Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Relevant undergraduate degree
Experience teaching at the secondary level (11-18 preferred), ideally within multi-ethnic urban environments
Deep understanding of KS3 and KS4 National Curriculum requirements
Ability to create a safe, motivating, and innovative learning environment
Collaborative spirit
Commitment to high expectations for every student
Strong communicator who can motivate a diverse student body and engage with the wider community
Nice to have:
