Job Responsibility
Support the strategic leadership and day‑to‑day running of the Science department
Lead on curriculum planning, assessment, and quality assurance
Coach, mentor, and inspire colleagues to deliver consistently excellent teaching
Teach engaging and challenging lessons at KS3 and KS4
Use data effectively to raise standards and transform outcomes
Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and uphold Oasis values
Play an active role in our vibrant school community
Requirements
Holds QTS and a degree in Science
Has excellent subject knowledge across the Sciences
Brings experience of teaching at KS3 and KS4
Has a proven track record of securing strong student outcomes
Demonstrates emerging or established leadership skills
Builds positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Is reflective, resilient, and driven to keep improving
Embraces equality, compassion, and the Oasis ethos
Wants to contribute to a supportive and forward‑thinking team
Fluency in spoken English to communicate effectively
