Job Description:

In the heart of Dartford, an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School is seeking a Teacher of Physics / Physics ECT for a permanent full-time role starting September 2025. The role involves inspiring students, collaborating within a dynamic Science Department, and accessing extensive professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
working alongside a team of fantastic Physics ECTs
TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities
participating in 1:1 mentoring, bespoke NQT induction, and training programs

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
you must be able to work as part of a large team of Physics ECTs
must be willing to listen to feedback
