Job Description:

Teacher of Physics / Science Teacher needed for an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Slough, Berkshire. Permanent, full-time contract starting ASAP, Jan, or April 2026. Opportunities for experienced teachers include TLR roles, while ECTs will receive bespoke induction and mentoring. Located in a modern school with supportive leadership and impressive academic results.

Job Responsibility:

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
Working alongside a team of fantastic Science Teachers
TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities
ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke NQT induction, In & out of house training and more

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
You must be able to work as part of a large team of Science Teachers
Must be willing to listen to feedback
