Job Description
The Spanish Department at Oasis Academy John Williams is seeking a passionate and dynamic Spanish teacher to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for educators looking to expand their experience across both KS3 and KS4 levels. Our department works collaboratively on a 5-year, centrally designed curriculum that is regularly adapted to meet the needs of our students. We also support teaching with subscriptions to top online vocabulary learning platforms, ensuring students receive the best resources to enhance their language skills. In addition to our successful GCSE Spanish club, we previously ran an exciting trip to Spain, offering students a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the language and culture. There will be opportunities to contribute to future trips and extracurricular activities. We are particularly eager to hear from individuals who are committed to raising the profile of languages in school and are excited to help us build on current offerings, such as expanding opportunities for KS3 students or even introducing new languages through extracurricular provision.
