Job Responsibility:
Lesson Planning: Designing schemes of work that challenge and inspire
Instruction: Delivering 18-20 hours of high-quality teaching per week
Assessment: Regular marking and constructive feedback in line with school policy
Progress Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on student achievement levels
Exam Prep: Equipping Year 11 students with the tools needed for GCSE success

Requirements:
QTS/QTLS: Valid Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with current GCSE exam board specifications
