Job Description:

A welcoming and supportive secondary school in Horsham is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in students’ learning and development. The school is committed to fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment where staff can thrive professionally while inspiring young learners.

Requirements:

Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level
Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one prior to starting
Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum
Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work to support their academic progress
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
Contribute to the development of teaching resources and school initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure a high standard of education and pastoral care
