  • Achieve and maintain monthly metric goals for quality and productivity
  • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements including but not limited to a CRAT or CCT certification through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Receive detailed feedback and evaluation scores from Internal Review Technicians on every ECG report prepared
  • Review feedback regularly and make necessary report corrections as delegated
  • Under direction of assigned Electrophysiology Mentor, participate in assigned technician group to request clarification and assistance on difficult ECG interpretations and/or following policies and procedures for workflow
  • Submit confirmation requests to expert analysis team to confirm advanced ECG interpretations and any ECG data that may meet established notification criteria
  • Working overtime as needed to maintain workflow objectives and ensure the quality and timeliness of ECG reporting
