Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality Geography lessons that motivate students and foster a deep interest in the world around them
  • Ensure the academic and personal progress of all students, celebrating effort and achievement at every level
  • Work closely with a dedicated humanities team to share best practices and develop outstanding teaching strategies
  • Contribute to the academy's high-quality pastoral support, prioritizing student wellbeing and personal growth
  • Equip students with the qualifications and enrichment experiences necessary for success beyond the classroom

Requirements

  • Geography Specialist: A deep passion for the subject and the ability to deliver it with presence and authority
  • Drive & Motivation: A highly organized individual with a desire to be an 'outstanding' educator
  • Team Player: Someone who thrives on collaboration and working with colleagues to ensure student success
  • Versatility: We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
