Are you a Geography specialist with the passion to inspire the next generation of global citizens? Randstad Education is seeking an exceptional Teacher of Geography to join an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team at a large, vibrant academy in Burgess Hill.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality Geography lessons that motivate students and foster a deep interest in the world around them
Ensure the academic and personal progress of all students, celebrating effort and achievement at every level
Work closely with a dedicated humanities team to share best practices and develop outstanding teaching strategies
Contribute to the academy's high-quality pastoral support, prioritizing student wellbeing and personal growth
Equip students with the qualifications and enrichment experiences necessary for success beyond the classroom

Requirements:

Deep passion for the subject and the ability to deliver it with presence and authority
Highly organized individual with a desire to be an outstanding educator
Someone who thrives on collaboration and working with colleagues to ensure student success
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
