Located in the market town of Melton Mowbray, this specialised post-16 college offers a vibrant, adult-focused learning environment. As part of a well-established, cross-phase Multi-Academy Trust, the college benefits from a robust collaborative network, exceptional shared expertise, and a strong track record of helping students achieve beyond their highest potential. The campus boasts modern, purpose-built facilities tailored specifically to sixth-form delivery, fostering a culture of independence, mutual respect, and academic curiosity.

  • Provide strong pastoral care and mentorship, guiding young adults through their transition from secondary education to higher education or employment
  • Collaborate willingly with departmental peers and the wider trust network to share best practices and continuous professional development (CPD)

Requirements

  • The ability or desire to teach Politics is highly advantageous
  • Ability to reliably commute to the college site in Melton Mowbray
  • Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, provide satisfactory references, account for any gaps in their employment history, and possess the definitive right to work in the UK
