Teacher Of English

• Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons that challenge and inspire pupils of all abilities
• Plan, prepare, and assess coursework and examinations in line with national curriculum standards
• Create a positive, structured, and collaborative learning environment within the classroom
• Support the wider department in curriculum development and sharing best practices
• Contribute to the academy's journey towards outstanding educational achievement

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
• A degree in English or a closely related subject
• A strong understanding of the UK English curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
