Job Responsibility

  • Plan and Deliver: Create consistent, effective learning plans that meet the unique needs of all pupils

  • Monitor Progress: Use assessment information to plan next steps and provide constructive feedback to students

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English
  • Proven experience teaching across both Key Stages (11-16 school setting)
  • Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of the National Curriculum
  • A commitment to safeguarding, equality of opportunity, and continuous professional development
  • The ability to communicate effectively with parents and carers to encourage active participation in the educational process
