Job Responsibility:

Inspire and Engage: Develop and deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire students to think outside the box, experiment with materials, and bring their ideas to life
Shape the Curriculum: Contribute to a dynamic and relevant curriculum that prepares students for future success in the world of design and technology
Collaborate and Lead: Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Foster Creativity: Encourage students to explore their passions and develop their design skills

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven passion for DT and Resistant Materials
A strong understanding of the design process and the ability to inspire students to think creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and challenge students effectively
A collaborative and team-oriented approach to teaching
