We are looking for a teacher with experience at the appropriate level in a British curriculum school for our 2026/2027 academic year beginning in September 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare a structured programme of study for each class taught with clearly stated aims and objectives and with evidence of allowing for differentiation between students of different abilities
Prepare lesson plans and teach individual lessons
Mark class work and homework and assess achievement according to agreed Faculty policy
Contribute to curriculum development and assimilate elements of the British National Curriculum as appropriate
Include in schemes of work elements of information technology in consultation with the IT department staff
Attend meetings, including parent consultation meetings, as required, scheduled, and/or necessary
Be involved in the duty rota, as scheduled
Ensure that the ethics of the school as expressed in the school philosophy are clearly reflected in your teaching
Cover for absent colleagues and invigilate examinations as required
Promote the image of the school
Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned to you by the Director and the Core Management Team
Requirements:
Be well qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated
Hold a university degree in the appropriate subject
