Job Description:

We are looking for a teacher with experience at the appropriate level in a British curriculum school for our 2026/2027 academic year beginning in September 2026.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare a structured programme of study for each class taught with clearly stated aims and objectives and with evidence of allowing for differentiation between students of different abilities
  • Prepare lesson plans and teach individual lessons
  • Mark class work and homework and assess achievement according to agreed Faculty policy
  • Contribute to curriculum development and assimilate elements of the British National Curriculum as appropriate
  • Include in schemes of work elements of information technology in consultation with the IT department staff
  • Attend meetings, including parent consultation meetings, as required, scheduled, and/or necessary
  • Be involved in the duty rota, as scheduled
  • Ensure that the ethics of the school as expressed in the school philosophy are clearly reflected in your teaching
  • Cover for absent colleagues and invigilate examinations as required
  • Promote the image of the school
  • Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned to you by the Director and the Core Management Team
