Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Postgraduate Teacher of Classics in September 2026 to join our flourishing Classics Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early‑career teacher or postgraduate specialist to develop their practice within a supportive, scholarly and forward‑thinking academic environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the teaching of Classics across the 13–18 age range
  • deliver engaging and academically ambitious lessons

  • teaching primarily Latin
  • support Classical Greek and Ancient History
  • contribute to the wider life of the College through tutoring, co-curricular activities and participation in the rhythms of a seven‑day boarding school
