Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and deliver a differentiated curriculum that challenges and engages all learners
  • Monitor and support student progress, contributing to the raising of attainment standards
  • Act as a Form Tutor, supporting the personal and academic growth of a designated group
  • Engage in strategic curriculum planning and high-quality quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant undergraduate degree
  • Ability to teach Business Studies across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
  • Successful teaching experience (including training placements), ideally within diverse, multi-ethnic urban settings
  • Strong ICT skills and an innovative approach to lesson planning and resource development
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Commitment to equality of access and a desire to act as an impactful Form Tutor
