Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Business and Economics lessons, adhering to the national curriculum and exam board specifications (GCSE and A-Level)
  • Inspire students to engage deeply with global economic trends, business ethics, and the practicalities of the modern commercial world
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their personal and academic goals
  • Foster a classroom environment based on mutual respect, inclusivity, and a curiosity about how the world works
  • Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives to promote financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and student development
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community through extracurricular activities (such as Young Enterprise or Investment Clubs) or pastoral support
