Job Responsibility

  • Guide pupils to develop confident artistic practice, critical thinking and inspiring creative pathways
  • Help pupils develop strong practical skills, thoughtful critical engagement and well‑resolved creative outcomes across a range of media
  • Support pupils as they explore ideas, refine their practice and develop portfolios
  • Nurture technical skill and personal expression

  • Contribute to discussion‑based learning and model reflective practice
  • Help pupils build confidence in both Fine Art and Photography
