Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, our 400 acre estate provides a distinctive and inspiring place to work. This maternity cover role offers the chance to contribute to a collaborative department where creativity, curiosity and independence are nurtured every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Guide pupils to develop confident artistic practice, critical thinking and inspiring creative pathways
  • Help pupils develop strong practical skills, thoughtful critical engagement and well‑resolved creative outcomes across a range of media
  • Support pupils as they explore ideas, refine their practice and develop portfolios
  • Nurture technical skill and personal expression
  • Encourage pupils to take creative risks and think independently
  • Contribute to discussion‑based learning and model reflective practice
  • Help pupils build confidence in both Fine Art and Photography
  • Play a role in preparing pupils for internal assessments and future creative pathways
  • Take an active part in the wider College community
