Requirements:
A committed and reflective practitioner with a passion for inclusive education
Skilled in supporting pupils with a range of SEMH and SEND needs
Able to work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team
Confident in planning and delivering tailored learning experiences
Calm, resilient and able to build trust with pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning
Someone who sees behaviour as communication and responds with empathy and consistency
