Requirements
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent)
Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment
Evidence of current Continuous Professional Development
Relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1 are desirable
Enthusiasm, resilience and be highly motivated
Experienced
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
