Here’s the standard bit: You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs, whilst assessing learners progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.   • relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1
  • evidence of current Continuous Professional Development
  • experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
