Job Description

We are looking for a Teacher in Aspirations! Here’s the standard bit: As a Teacher in Aspirations you will have drive, passion and enthusiasm for helping SEND learners on their personal educational journey. You will be responsible for planning and delivering teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for the quality of own teaching and related curriculum development. Developing learning resources/materials to meet individual learner needs, you will assess student progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets. What you’ll need: - Enthusiasm, resilience and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, you must have a Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent). Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment, relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1 and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development. You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
