Job Responsibility
Planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles
taking responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs
assessing learners progress in College or on work experience
devising assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets
Requirements
Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2
Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent)
Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment
relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1
evidence of current Continuous Professional Development
