Job Description

Work in an EXCITING and MEANINGFUL field teaching children with developmental disabilities ages Pre-K to 21 years old at our Center for Learning in Cheektowaga, NY.

Job Responsibility

  • Working with individual students or groups of students on special instructional projects
  • Assist the teacher with development of appropriate learning experiences and instructional materials
  • Promotes a positive learning environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and has passed the New York State Teacher Certification Exam (ATAS)
  • Minimum of Level 1 Teacher Assistant Certification
