Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the lead teacher in preparing lesson materials, setting up classroom activities, and maintaining a positive, organized learning environment
  • Providing targeted academic and behavioral support to individual students or small groups to reinforce lesson concepts and ensure inclusive learning
  • Actively managing classroom dynamics and student behavior professionally, helping to maintain an orderly and encouraging atmosphere
  • Collaborating with academic faculty and parents to support students' daily progress and ensure an integrated network of care for every student

Requirements

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or unified equivalent, with a credit or pass in English and Mathematics
  • Prior experience working with children, volunteering in childcare centers, or holding a tuition/coaching role is highly advantageous
  • Outstanding patience, a friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with lead teachers
  • 1 year experience
