TD CS Ops and F.Ops Stream Leader

• Ensure to understand and run operationally both the A/C transfer and F.OPS activities performed by the team as well to be the strong bridge between the collaborators of Europe
• Lead overall Operations support activities to ensure that Maintenance and Flight Operations Technical Data manuals are delivered to Customers in line with AIRBUS contractual commitments
• Ensure high activity performance in line with expected targets
• Guarantee and enhance a close relationship with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Conduct proactive support activities and improvement initiatives to boost our efficiency
• Manage operationally the Tech Data Assembly & Dispatch processes for F.OPS customized products and A/C transfers
• Supervise the team in their operational daily work
• Ensure Customers satisfaction around the world through the on-time, on-quality and on-cost production of F.OPS deliverables and accurate A/C transfers

• Master’s or a Bachelor's degree in engineering or AME
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in leadership or direct supervision within the aeronautics/Airline/IT industry
• C1 level in English, written and spoken
• Good presentation skills, both oral and written
• Good coordination and relational skills
• Good technical skills on overall TechData Operations topics
• Overall knowledge of Project steps and ability to lead Projects
• Experience in Technical Data F. OPs would be a plus
