Job Responsibility:
Calibrate and validate TCU software, focusing on drivability and shift quality
Fine-tune parameters and ensure optimal system performance under various scenarios
Define and conduct test plans for the eDCT system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges
Perform drivability assessments using data acquisition systems
Manage calibration datasets for assigned software modules
Support the implementation of new control strategies and provide technical feedback to development teams
Requirements:
Experience in powertrain calibration or controls engineering (2-5 years)
Knowledge of automotive systems and Matlab/Simulink
Experience with calibration tools (e.g., Vector CANape, ETAS INCA)
Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
English fluent
You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
