Tcm Accountant

• Ensure timely and accurate allocation of all transactions reflected in bank and M Pesa statements on a daily basis
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all recorded transactions
• Prepare month end reports in accordance with internal deadlines and accounting standards
• Coordinate month-end closing activities and support with internal and external audit requests as required
• Recommend to the management process improvements to align with digital transformation and lead team projects as required

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements
• Knowledge of General Accounting practices, IFRS and PGC NIRF
• Strong excel skills will be an added advantage
• Passionate about process transformation and digitalization
• Good communication skills both written and verbal. (English and Portuguese)
