Job Description:

Our client is a NSW government organisation based in Parramatta NSW. They are currently seeking a Taxation Advisory Officer to come in and work with them on a Part time temp contract opportunity until 29th August 2026.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparation of high-volume individual, trust and estate tax returns
  • Checking notice of assessments
  • Answering income tax queries
  • Responding to ATO correspondences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Australian taxation compliance experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Tax Office (ATO) legislative requirements
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment where meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity is critical
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
  • Finance or Similar
