Job Responsibility

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file accurate quarterly and annual income tax returns, payments, and reports
  • Tax Planning & Strategy: Identify legal tax savings opportunities, optimize tax liability, and provide guidance on tax-related business strategies
  • Documentation & Accuracy: Review financial statements, reconcile transactions, and maintain organized, confidential tax databases
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Stay current with changing federal, state, and local tax laws
  • Audit & Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Preparer, or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to identify discrepancies
