Job Description

The Global Tax Credits & Incentives Lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing tax credit, incentive, and grant opportunities across all jurisdictions where Fever operates. This role will ensure that Fever systematically leverages available regimes (e.g., R&D credits, entertainment incentives, employment incentives, investment incentives, innovation regimes) in a compliant, efficient, and scalable way.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively identify opportunities in existing and new markets, quantify potential benefits, and prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility
  • Map and maintain a global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes (e.g., R&D, innovation, IP, investment, employment, regional incentives)
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of tax credit and incentive projects (scoping, eligibility analysis, data gathering, documentation and filings)
  • Work with Finance and FP&A to integrate incentives into business cases, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Coordinate with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure incentive requirements (substance, documentation, KPIs) are met on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor changes in tax credit and incentive regimes globally and assess their impact on Fever’s structure and expansion plans

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in tax incentives/credits, international tax, or related advisory (Big 4 / top-tier firm or multinational group)
  • Proven experience with R&D and innovation incentives, investment incentives, and/or employment-related tax credit regimes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • ability to model and articulate the impact of incentives on cash flow, effective tax rate, and business cases
  • Fluent in English
  • other languages are a plus
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment
