Job Responsibility
Prepare federal and state tax filings for both individual and business clients with guidance from senior team members
Review financial records and supporting documents to organize accurate information for tax return completion
Assist with tax planning and compliance activities by gathering data and helping maintain filing deadlines
Communicate with colleagues and clients in a clear and organized manner to obtain missing information and clarify tax-related details
Support the tax team during busy filing periods by managing multiple assignments and keeping work papers up to date
Conduct basic tax research to help address client questions and support preparation work
Maintain organized documentation and follow firm procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Participate in training and coaching opportunities designed to strengthen technical knowledge and career growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

Basic understanding of individual and corporate tax return preparation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial information
