Tax Staff

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data.
• Manage bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns, ensuring timely submission.
• Apply foundational accounting principles to support various financial activities.
• Collaborate with senior team members on client-specific projects and administrative tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and provide updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• current degree candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is advantageous, though training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• A motivated and dedicated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is advantageous, though training will be provided.
